Steve began his career as one of the first ten employees at VillageMD, joining the organization in 2015 and playing a foundational role in building its operational and strategic infrastructure. Over nearly ten years with the company, he progressed from manager-level roles to Vice President of National Strategies, supporting provider organizations and health systems navigating attribution, value-based care models, and scalable operating structures.
After leaving VillageMD, Steve founded a boutique advisory practice focused on advising digital health, value-based care, and healthcare technology organizations. He currently serves in senior operational and advisory roles, including SVP of Operations, partnering with leadership teams to improve execution, strengthen value-based care programs, and align operations with long-term growth goals.
