Steve Valdiserri is a healthcare operations executive and entrepreneur who builds systems that actually work on Monday morning.
He serves as SVP of Operations at Tally / Accurio, where he leads execution for a company building the financial operating system for multi-site provider organizations. The platform uses AI to streamline the back end of healthcare finance — creating visibility, transparency, and action to solve complex revenue cycle problems and remove the inefficiencies that come with running finance across multiple sites.
He is also the founder of Avanti Strategy Group, a boutique advisory practice that helps healthcare organizations inject AI into their company infrastructure — whether they’re executing on operational plans, scaling a growth strategy, or building toward a funding event.
Steve holds an executive certificate in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School and spent nearly a decade at VillageMD as one of the first ten employees, scaling from the ground up to VP of Value-Based Strategies.

Steve began his career as one of the first ten employees at VillageMD, joining the organization in 2015 and playing a foundational role in building its operational and strategic infrastructure. Over nearly ten years with the company, he progressed from manager-level roles to Vice President of National Strategies, supporting provider organizations and health systems navigating attribution, value-based care models, and scalable operating structures.
After nearly a decade at VillageMD, Steve founded Avanti Strategy Group — a boutique advisory practice that helps healthcare organizations inject AI into their company infrastructure to execute on operational plans, scale growth strategies, and build toward funding events. The practice also covers value-based care strategy and attribution.
Steve currently serves as SVP of Operations at Tally / Accurio, a company building the financial operating system for multi-site provider organizations. The platform uses AI to streamline the back end of healthcare finance — creating visibility, transparency, and action to solve complex revenue cycle problems. Steve leads client delivery, operational execution, and is on the COO track as the company builds toward Series A.
He also holds advisory roles with Clear Harbor Advisors, VivaScore, and Charta Health.
